Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa zestawów odczynnikowych, materiałów zużywalnych, eksploatacyjnych i kontroli dla Zakładu Mikrobiologii. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1a do SWZ. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia Dostawa zestawów odczynnikowych IVD do wykrywania i różnicowania DNA wybranych patogenów, w tym: Bordatella pertusis/parapertusis/holmesii, multiplex: Zika, Dengue, Chikungunya virus, multiplex: Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus, Mayaro Virus, Tryponosoma cruzi, Plasmodium malarie, Plasmodium knowlesi, Plasmodium ovale, Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Leishmania spp., West Nile Virus, Zika virus, Yellow fever virus, Chikungunya virus, Japanese Encephalitis virus, multiplex choroby odkleszczowe: Borrelia (Ilość oznaczeń wraz z kontrolami na 48 - miesięcy): 1. Zestaw RT-PCR do wykrywania Bordatella pertusis/parapertusis/Bordetella holmesii - jakościowo - (800 oznaczeń) ; 2. Multipleks choroby tropikalne - jednoczasowa detekcja RT-PCR następujacych czynników: Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus, Mayaro Virus, Tryponosoma cruzi, Plasmodium malarie, Plasmodium knowlesi, Plasmodium ovale, Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Leishmania spp., West Nile Virus, Zika virus, Yellow fever virus, Chikungunya virus, Japanese Encephalitis virus - (1600 oznaczeń) ; 3. Zestaw RT-PCR do wykrywania materiału genetycznego Zika, Dengue, Chikungunya virus - (1600 oznaczeń) ; 4. Niezależna kontrola w formie liofilizowanej (oczyszczony kwas nukleinowy) do walidacji oznaczeń w kierunku Dengue virus, Zika virus, Chikungunya virus do stosowania z dowolną platformą do diagnostyki molekularnej. Kontrola procesu amplifikacji - (4 oznaczeń) ; 5. Niezależna kontrola w formie liofilizowanej (oczyszczony kwas nukleinowy) do walidacji oznaczeń w kierunku Borrelia, Coxiella, Rickettsia, do stosowania z dowolną platformą do diagnostyki molekularnej. Kontrola procesu amplifikacji - (4 oznaczeń).
