Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa pasków, materiałów kontrolnych pozwalających na wykonanie badań oraz zwalidowanie i wydanie wyników do oznaczania poziomu glikemii, APTT i PT wraz z dzierżawą glukometrów, analizatorów z oprogramowaniem dla Systemu Badań POCT Zakładu Diagnostyki. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1a i 1b do SWZ. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia: 1. Oznaczenie poziomu glukozy w systemie POCT - 1 200 000 oznaczeń 2. Oznaczanie poziomu PT w systemie POCT - 1 512 oznaczeń 3. Oznaczanie poziomu APTT w systemie POCT - 5 760 oznaczeń Dzierżawa sprzętów z oprogramowaniem do zarządzania glukometrami i analizatorami wraz z integracją z HIS: 1. Dzierżawa glukometrów 120 sztuk (do pozycji 1) - 36 m-cy 2. Dzierżawa analizatorów - 3 szt. (do pozycji 2 i 3) - 36 m-cy 3. Oprogramowanie do zarządzania glukometrami, analizatorami wraz z integracją z HIS wraz z wspólpracującym modułem umożliwiającym szczegółową analizę procesów - 36 m-cy
