1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa obsługa technologiczna dwóch obiektów rekreacji wodnej znajdujących się na obszarze Parku Śląskiego: Kąpieliska „Fala” oraz Wodnego Placu Zabaw w sezonie 2026. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi OPZ (Załączniki nr 3 do SWZ). 3. Dodatkowe warunki realizacji zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ). 4. Zamawiający wymaga stawienia się na wizji lokalnej w terminach wskazanych w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ_OPZ. Zamawiający odrzuci ofertę na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 18) Wykonawcy, który nie odbył wymaganej wizji. 5. Zamawiający przewiduje wykorzystanie prawa opcji - zgodnie z zapisami SWZ.
