Zadaniem Wykonawcy będzie nadzór inwestorski nad realizacją zamówienia w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” pn. „Okocimskie Centrum Dziedzictwa - rozbudowa, przebudowa i zmiana sposobu użytkowania budynków dawnej słodowni i spichlerza oraz budowa niezbędnej infrastruktury technicznej wraz z budową parkingu” dotyczący następujących branż: konstrukcyjno - budowlanej, sanitarnej elektrycznej konserwatorskiej Do pełnienia funkcji Koordynatora Zespołu Zamawiający wyznacza przedstawiciela Wykonawcy - Inspektora w branży konstrukcyjno-budowlanej. Adres inwestycji: Brzesko, ul. Browarna nr 40 (słodownia) oraz nr 45 (spichlerz). Działki ewidencyjne nr 2245/2, 2245/7, 2245/3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, na który składa się Program funkcjonalno - użytkowy Okocimskiego Centrum Dziedzictwa w Brzesku (grudzień 2024, aktualizacja kwiecień 2026) wraz z załącznikami oraz załączniku nr 8 -Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy (PPU) .
