Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowej usługi Inwestora Zastępczego przy realizacji inwestycji pn. „Budowa budynku dydaktyczno-administracyjnego D1 Akademii Sztuk Pięknych im. Eugeniusza Gepperta we Wrocławiu przy ul. Traugutta 21 we Wrocławiu”. Inwestycja realizowana jest na podstawie wydanej Decyzji nr 1742/2023 z dnia 31 sierpnia 2023 r. zatwierdzającej projekt zagospodarowania terenu i projekt architektoniczno-budowlany i udzielającej pozwolenia na budowę dla dokumentacji projektowej pn. „Budowa budynku dydaktyczno-administracyjnego D1 Akademii Sztuk Pięknych im. Eugeniusza Gepperta we Wrocławiu wraz z instalacją gazową, infrastrukturą techniczną, zagospodarowaniem terenu i rozbiórką obiektów istniejących przy ul. Traugutta 19-21 we Wrocławiu, obręb: Południe, AR_5, działki nr 27/24, 27/25 i 97”. Projektowany obiekt jest budynkiem szkolnictwa wyższego, obejmującym w szczególności pomieszczenia dydaktyczne, pracownie i sale seminaryjne oraz część biurową i pokoje gościnne. Usługa obejmuje zarządzanie procesem inwestycyjnym, pełnienie funkcji inspektorów nadzoru inwestorskiego w wymaganych branżach, kontrolę jakości, terminów i kosztów, obsługę formalno-administracyjną, wsparcie przy odbiorach i uzyskaniu pozwolenia na użytkowanie oraz opcjonalne wsparcie Zamawiającego w okresie gwarancji i rękojmi.
