Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprawowanie nadzoru nad zgodnością realizacji budowy z projektem przy kontrakcie pn.: Sprawowanie nadzoru nad zgodnością realizacji budowy z projektem przy kontrakcie.: „Rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 507 na odcinku Pieniężno - Orneta”. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na sprawowaniu nadzoru (zwana dalej nadzorem) nad zgodnością realizacji robót budowlanych z dokumentacją projektową w zakresie niezbędnym do prawidłowej realizacji robót budowlanych oraz wszelkie inne prace związane z nadzorem projektanta, odpowiadającym nadzorowi autorskiemu zgodnie z obowiązującą ustawą z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. Prawo Budowlane (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 418 z późn. zm.) oraz Decyzjami o zezwoleniu na realizację inwestycji drogowej ZRID wraz z decyzjami zmieniającymi. Roboty budowlane realizowane będą zgodnie z Warunkami Kontraktu na budowę dla robót budowlanych i inżynieryjnych projektowanych przez Zamawiającego - FIDIC. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w SWZ oraz załącznikach do nin. SWZ, które Zamawiający udostępnił w wersji elektronicznej na Platformie przetargowej dostępnej pod adresem wskazanym w pkt. 2.2 SWZ zaś oryginały dokumentów do wglądu w siedzibie Zamawiającego.
