Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa mebli na potrzeby Śląskiego Urzędu Wojewódzkiego w Katowicach, z podziałem na trzy części: 1) Zadanie częściowe nr 1: Dostawa foteli; 2) Zadanie częściowe nr 2: Dostawa regałów; 3) Zadanie częściowe nr 3: Dostawa krzeseł. 2.Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia, w odniesieniu do każdego zadania częściowego, zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (w skrócie: OPZ). 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Każda z części zamówienia będzie rozpatrywana osobno. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę w odniesieniu do wszystkich części, na dowolnie wybraną/e część/części zamówienia. 4. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie tzw. procedury odwróconej, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j.: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 793 z późn. zm.) - dalej ustawa Pzp tj. Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa foteli dyspozytorskich. 2. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia w odniesieniu zadania częściowego nr 1 zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia.; 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa regałów archiwalnych. 2. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia w odniesieniu zadania częściowego nr 2 zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia.; 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa obrotowych krzeseł biurowych. 2.
