1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup wyrobów medycznych do zabiegów kardiologicznych według 3 części: Część 1- Stymulatory, kardiowertery, elektrody. Część 2- Wyroby medyczne do ablacji Część 3- Produkty do krioablacji wraz z dzierżawą urządzenia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Wykaz wymaganych dokumentów podmiotowych i przedmiotowych zawarty jest w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia. Przedmiotowe środki dowodowe podlegają uzupełnieniu. W postępowaniu ma zastosowanie procedura, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. Część 1- Stymulatory, kardiowertery, elektrody. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.; Część 2- Wyroby medyczne do ablacji Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.; Część 3- Produkty do krioablacji wraz z dzierżawą urządzenia.
