Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa instrumentów i akcesoriów do zabiegów chirurgicznych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1a do SWZ (arkusz cenowy). Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania Wykonawców. 1. Proteza do dróg żółciowych samorozprężalna - 63 szt. 2. Proteza do dróg żółciowych samorozprężalna - 6 szt. 3. Szczypce dwustronne - 3 szt. 4. Proteza do dróg żółciowych samorozprężalna - 1 szt. 5. Zestaw do zakładania klipsa nitinolowego - 1 szt. 6. Kotwica do uchwycenia tkanki - 1 szt. 7. Zestaw do zakładania klipsa nitinolowego - 1 szt. 8. Zestaw do zakładania klipsa nitinolowego - 2 szt. 9. Proteza do dróg żółciowych samorozprężalna - 1 szt. 10. Proteza usuwalna, samorozprężalna do drenażu torbieli trzustkowych i pęcherzyka żółciowego - 3 szt. 11.
