Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa filtrów do usuwania leukocytów z koncentratu krwinek płytkowych. 2. Szczegółowy opis dostawy będącej przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania zawiera „Arkusz asortymentowo-cenowy” stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz ze zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. 4. Odbiorcy przedmiotu zamówienia zostali określeni w Arkuszu asortymentowo - cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 5. ODWRÓCONA KOLEJNOŚĆ OCENY (art. 139 ustawy) Postępowanie prowadzone jest z zastosowaniem, procedury, o której mowa w art. 139 ustawy. Zamawiający zastosuje tzw. odwróconą kolejność oceny, tj. najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu.
