Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów chirurgicznych do chirurgii miękkiej do Szpitala Uniwersyteckiego w Krakowie. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera SWZ wraz z załącznikami. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. 1. Klipsy polimerowe - 3 820 magazynek; 2. Klipsy polimerowe - 1 700 magazynek; 3. Klipsy polimerowe - 340 magazynek; 4. Klipsownica laparoskopowa do klipsów polimerowych - 1 sztuk; 5. Klipsy polimerowe - 120 magazynek; 6. Klipsownice do chirurgii otwartej do klipsów polimerowych - 1 sztuk; 7. Klipsownice do chirurgii otwartej do klipsów polimerowych - 1 sztuk; 8. Klipsy polimerowe - 72 magazynek; 9. Klipsy polimerowe - 1 magazynek;; 1. Kleszczyki anatomiczne - 7 920 sztuk;; 1. Bezpieczny zestaw do punkcji opłucnej - 630 sztuk; 2. Bezpieczny zestaw do punkcji opłucnej - 30 sztuk; 3.
