Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowej rozrywarki do worków na linię sortowniczą odpadów zmieszanych komunalnych, jej montaż na stanowisku wskazanym do pracy przez Zamawiającego, w tym podłączenie do sieci energetycznej wraz z zabezpieczeniem, a następnie uruchomienie maszyny i przeszkolenie obsługi. Rozrywarka worków przeznaczona do montażu nad przenośnikiem w sortowni musi posiadać możliwość bezpiecznego przesunięcia z pozycji roboczej znad kanału, na który podawany jest rozrywany materiał, w celu zapewnienia bezpośredniego dostępu do kanału bez użycia rozrywarki, w szczególności na czas awarii lub prac serwisowych.
