Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa jednej fabrycznie nowej koparko-ładowarki wraz z osprzętem, przeznaczonej do prac na terenie ZUOK w Hryniewiczach. Dostawa obejmuje również przekazanie wymaganej dokumentacji, uruchomienie koparko-ładowarki, przeprowadzenie szkolenia oraz zapewnienie pakietu gwarancyjno-serwisowego. 2. Parametry techniczne i robocze koparko-ładowarki muszą umożliwiać jej bezpieczne i efektywne wykorzystanie, w szczególności do wykonywania prac ziemnych, załadunku i przemieszczania materiałów oraz pracy z wymaganym osprzętem, w tym podczas usuwania skutków zagrożeń i zdarzeń masowych. 3. Koparko-ładowarka musi spełniać wymagania techniczne niezbędne do poruszania się po drogach publicznych, określone w przepisach obowiązujących na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. 4. Koparko-ładowarka musi być fabrycznie nowa, wyprodukowana nie wcześniej niż w 2026 r., nieużywana, kompletna, wolna od wad fizycznych i prawnych i gotowa do pracy zgodnie z przeznaczeniem. Dostarczony osprzęt musi być fabrycznie nowy, nieużywany, kompletny, wolny od wad fizycznych i prawnych i gotowy do pracy zgodnie z przeznaczeniem. 5. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (Tom III SWZ), natomiast warunki realizacji zamówienia określa Wzór Umowy (Tom II SWZ). 6. Miejscem dostawy i odbioru koparko-ładowarki jest Zakład Utylizacji Odpadów Komunalnych w Hryniewiczach, gmina Juchnowiec Kościelny. 7. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza ofert obejmujących koparko-ładowarkę pochodzącą z państwa trzeciego niebędącego stroną umowy międzynarodowej w rozumieniu art. 16b ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy Pzp. Ograniczenie stosuje się niezależnie od państwa pochodzenia Wykonawcy. Szczegółowe zasady dotyczące ustalania kraju pochodzenia koparko-ładowarki określa SWZ.
