1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywny zakup i dostawa: a. mieszanki kamiennej 0/63 w ilości 3 870 ton, b. mieszanki kamiennej 0/31,5 w ilości 3 599 ton, c. miału kamiennego o frakcji 0/5 w ilości 312 ton 2. Zawilgocenie kruszywa w momencie załadunku nie może przekraczać 12% 3. Kruszywa powinny spełniać normy: PN-EN 13242 Kruszywa do niezwiązanych i związanych hydraulicznie materiałów stosowanych w obiektach budowlanych i budownictwie drogowym, PN-EN 13285 "Mieszanki niezwiązane - wymagania" 4. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje sprzedaż kruszywa, jego załadunek sprzętem Wykonawcy, ważenie na wadze Wykonawcy oraz transport samochodami o ładowności 25 ton i wyładunek w miejscu wskazanym przez Zamawiającego (zał. nr 9 SWZ) plac składowy w Leśnictwie Chwalisław w lokalizacji: 50o24’45.2”N 16o49’03.8”. 1.
