Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane dotyczące termomodernizacji budynku zlokalizowanego przy ul. Grottgera 13 w Słupsku (dz. nr 10/10 obr. 11). Zakres prac dotyczy wykonania robót na obiekcie budynku głównego, łącznika oraz sali gimnastycznej. Zakres zadania obejmuje m.in.: - demontaż istniejącego docieplenia oraz wykonanie nowego ocieplenia ścian zewnętrznych i stropodachów, - naprawę kominów, - wymianę instalacji odgromowej, - izolację pionową przeciwwilgociową i termiczną ścian fundamentowych poniżej terenu, - rozbiórkę schodów zewnętrznych i daszku nad schodami, - wymianę drzwi zewnętrznych na salę gimnastyczną, - wymianę stolarki okiennej, wymianę grzejników i montażu i montażu inteligentnego systemu zarządzania energią, - montaż instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej na sali gimnastycznej, - montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej, - wykonanie opaski wokół budynku, - wykonanie geodezyjnej inwentaryzacji powykonawczej.
