Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa dwóch jednakowych urządzeń Next Generation Firewall wraz z oprogramowaniem i licencjami, spełniających wymagania określone w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do projektu umowy. W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia wykonawca zobowiązany jest do: 1) dostarczenia urządzeń wraz z oprogramowaniem i licencjami do siedziby zamawiającego, 2) przeprowadzenia prac wdrożeniowych dostarczonych urządzeń, oprogramowania i licencji, 3) przekazania dokumentacji dotyczącej urządzeń oraz oprogramowania i licencji; 4) świadczenia usług serwisu gwarancyjnego obejmującego dostarczone urządzenia oraz oprogramowanie i licencje. Wszystkie wymagania określone w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (załącznik nr 1 do projektu umowy), z wyjątkiem wymagań oznaczonych jako przedmiot kryterium oceny ofert (opisany w rozdziale 18 SWZ jako K2, K3, K4), stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty na postawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp, jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w projekcie umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia zostanie wykonany w następujących terminach: 1) dostawa urządzeń wraz z oprogramowaniem i licencjami, przekazanie dokumentacji oraz przeprowadzenie prac wdrożeniowych - w terminie 30 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy, 2) świadczenie usług serwisu gwarancyjnego - w terminie 36 miesięcy od dnia podpisania przez zamawiającego bez uwag i zastrzeżeń protokołu odbioru, - zgodnie z postanowieniami § 4 umowy, stanowiącej załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
