Przedmiotem zamówienia jest monitoring terenu na którym wykonano zabezpieczenie przed rozwojem procesów krasowych oraz terenu przyległego, realizacja badań geotechnicznych oraz geofizycznych celem potwierdzenia zahamowania niekorzystnych procesów krasowych, wykonanie analizy wyników badań z wcześniejszymi badaniami geotechnicznymi i geofizycznymi, na odcinkach obwodnicy Janowa Lubelskiego - drogi ekspresowej S19 dwujezdniowej, dwukierunkowej, o przekroju, szlakowym, o szerokości jezdni 7,0 m z bitumicznymi pasami awaryjnymi o szerokości 2,5 m:  odc. I - od km 71,485 do km 72,585 o dł. 1100m odcinek od obiektu WS-20 do pocz. odc. wzmocnionego (18+700 do km 19+800),  odc. II - od km 72,595 do km 72,690 o dł. 95m odcinek wzmocnienia podłoża i poprawy odwodnienia (19+810 do km 19+905),  odc. III - od km 72,690 do km 73,160 o dł. 470m odcinek od końca odc. wzmocnionego do obiektu WS-21 (19+905 do km 20+375).] o szacunkowej wartości powyżej 140 000 EURO.
