1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest WYKONANIE KOMPLEKSOWEJ DOSTAWY GAZU ZIEMNEGO WYSOKOMETANOWEGO TYPU E ORAZ GAZU ZIEMNEGO ZAAZOTOWANEGO TYPU LS NA POTRZEBY GRUPY ZAKUPOWEJ GMINY SKARŻYSKO-KAMIENNA - DOTYCZY SZPITALA IM. ŚW. JADWIGI ŚLĄSKIEJ W TRZEBNICY dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ. Dostarczanie gazu będzie się odbywać na podstawie umowy zawierającej postanowienia dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ. Dostarczanie gazu będzie się odbywać na podstawie umowy zawierającej postanowienia umowy sprzedaży i umowy o świadczenie usług przesyłania lub dystrybucji gazu (umowa kompleksowa) i będzie wykonywane zgodnie z przepisami ustawy Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. 2. Szpitala im. św. Jadwigi Śląskiej w Trzebnicy będzie zawierał umowę wynikającą z niniejszego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na WYKONANIE KOMPLEKSOWEJ DOSTAWY GAZU ZIEMNEGO WYSOKOMETANOWEGO TYPU E ORAZ GAZU ZIEMNEGO ZAAZOTOWANEGO TYPU LS NA POTRZEBY GRUPY ZAKUPOWEJ GMINY SKARŻYSKO-KAMIENNA - DOTYCZY SZPITALA IM. ŚW. JADWIGI ŚLĄSKIEJ W TRZEBNICY dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ. Dostarczanie gazu będzie się odbywać na podstawie umowy zawierającej postanowienia Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące zawierania umów przez zawarte zostały w zał. nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający, działa w imieniu Szpitala im. św. Jadwigi Śląskiej w Trzebnicy 4. Zamówienie - kompleksowa dostawa paliwa gazowego do obiektów wymienionych w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ: 1) Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie paliwa gazowego w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r. wynosi 8 202 720,00 kWh.
