Summary

Machine-generated summary

The University of Rzeszow in Poland is procuring the successive supply of natural gas, together with its distribution, for heating the university buildings. The contract is treated as a functional whole and is not divided into lots; partial offers are not admitted, since splitting the procurement would create excessive technical difficulties and costs and could jeopardise proper and timely performance. Bidders must hold a valid licence for trading in gaseous fuels issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and, where they own a distribution network, a valid gas distribution licence, or alternatively a current agreement with the Distribution System Operator covering the delivery point area. Details are set out in the Description of the Subject of the Procurement, Annex 1.1 to the Terms of Reference.
