1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Kompleksowa sprzedaż paliwa gazowego wysokometanowego o symbolu E do obiektów Zamawiającego w okresie 01.01.2027 do 31.12.2027r. wraz z usługą dystrybucji, wskazanych w Rozdziale I, pkt 1 - pkt 4, z podziałem na dwie części (podział na dwie części służy tylko i wyłączenie wskazaniu podmiotów z możliwością oraz bez możliwości korzystania z ochrony taryfowej w celu ułatwienia sporządzenia oferty i obliczenia ceny przez Wykonawców): 1.1. Część I dotyczy punktów poboru gazu (zwane również PPG) które będą rozliczane wg cen taryfy zatwierdzonej przez Prezesa URE w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 26 stycznia 2022 roku o szczególnych rozwiązaniach służących ochronie odbiorców paliw gazowych w związku z sytuacją na rynku gazu, wielkość zamówienia zaplanowanego w trakcie trwania zamówienia wynosi: 16 573 314 kWh wg załącznika nr 1a do SWZ, 1.2. Część II dotyczy PPG rozliczanych wg cen rynku konkurencyjnego oraz w części rozliczanych wg ceny taryfowej zatwierdzonej przez Prezesa URE, wielkość zamówienia wg planowanego w trakcie trwania zamówienia wynosi: 3 416 882 kWh wg załącznika nr 1b do SWZ 2. Łączny szacunkowy wolumen zamówienia w okresie dostawy wynosi 19 990 196 kWh, do obiektów wymienionych w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający, tj. Gmina Pszczyna prowadzi przedmiotowe postępowanie przetargowe w trybie art. 38 PZP. Zamawiający jest uprawniony do przeprowadzenia postępowania przetargowego w imieniu wszystkich objętych niniejszym postępowaniem podmiotów: 1. Gmina Pszczyna: 1.1.
