Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi dystrybucji i dostawy paliwa gazowego - gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego (typu E) do obiektów znajdujących się w zasobie Oddziału Regionalnego Agencji Mienia Wojskowego w Szczecinie zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1 do OPZ. 2. Zamawiający na podstawie art. 441 ustawy Pzp wprowadza prawo opcji, polegające na uprawnieniu Zamawiającego do zwiększenia ilości dostarczonego paliwa gazowego na zastępujących zasadach: a) W trakcie realizacji umowy Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zwiększenia wartości szacowanego zużycia paliwa gazowego wskazanej w Załączniku nr 1 do OPZ o około 30% (przyjęto 670 000,00 kWh) b) Zamawiający może skorzystać z prawa opcji w zakresie wielkości zużycia paliwa gazowego w okresie obowiązywania umowy po wykorzystaniu limitu (szacowanego zużycia paliwa gazowego) określonego w Załączniku nr 1 do OPZ c) Zwiększenie ilości dostarczanej energii może wynikać z tytułu zwiększonego zużycia energii przez istniejące PPG lub w wyniku dodania nowych PPE w trakcie trwania umowy.
