Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętów dla pracowni obróbki skrawaniem i operatora obrabiarek wraz z akcesoriami, oprogramowaniem oraz usługami montażu, uruchomienia i szkoleniem dla Powiatowego Centrum Edukacji i Kompetencji Zawodowych w Szczucinie. 2. Zakres dostawy: 1) tokarka CNC z napędzanym wrzecionem konika - szt. 1, 2) centrum tokarskie CNC - szt. 1, 3) frezarka 5-osiowa- szt. 1, 4) pionowe centrum obróbcze CNC (frezarka) - szt.1, 5) oprogramowanie do programowania obrabiarek: a) oprogramowanie CAD/CAM z procesorem obsługującym wyżej wymienione maszyny CNC dla 20 stanowisk komputerowych b) oprogramowanie CAD umożliwiające graficzne modelowanie 3D oraz generowanie rysunków 2D dla 30 stanowisk. Dopuszcza się licencję w wersji edukacyjnej., 6) tokarka uniwersalna 1000mm 400V z odczytem cyfrowym - szt.5, 7) przyrząd do ostrzenia wierteł, 8) przyłącza pneumatyczne i elektryczne. 3. W przypadku gdy wniesienie i montaż maszyn będzie wymagał przeróbek konstrukcyjnych lub poszerzenia otworów drzwiowych, Wykonawca wykona te prace we własnym zakresie i na swój koszt. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i wymagania Zamawiającego zostały opisane w złączniku nr 11 do SWZ.
