Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej, obejmująca sprzedaż energii elektrycznej oraz świadczenie usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej oraz odbiór energii elektrycznej od Zamawiającego (Prosumenta) w rozumieniu ustawy Prawo Energetyczne (Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 266 ze zm.) zwanej dalej „Prawo Energetyczne” na rzecz Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. św. Jadwigi w Opolu zgodnie z załącznikiem 1A i załącznikiem 6 do SWZ. Zamawiający informuje, że ilość 1 648 000 kWh jest wartością szacunkową na podstawie zużycia energii przez okres ostatnich 24 miesiące. Zamawiający będzie rozliczał rzeczywiste zużycie za energii elektrycznej na podstawie bieżących odczytów licznika za cenę jednostkową zawartą w załączniku nr 1A do umowy. Podane przez Zamawiającego prognozowane zużycie energii elektrycznej w okresie obowiązywania umowy ma jedynie charakter informacyjny, służący do porównania ofert, nie stanowi ono dla Zamawiającego zobowiązania do zakupu energii elektrycznej w podanej ilości. Wykonawcy nie będzie przysługiwało jakiekolwiek roszczenie z tytułu nie pobrania przez Zamawiającego przewidywanej ilości energii elektrycznej. Rozliczenia za sprzedaż energii elektrycznej wraz z usługą dystrybucji dokonywane będą w miesięcznych okresach rozliczeniowych dla wszystkich punktów PPE według załącznika nr 6 do SWZ.
