3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa energii elektrycznej do punktów poboru Parku Naukowo -Technologicznego w Opolu Sp. z o.o - w podziale na części: 3.1.1. Część nr 1, pn.: Dostawa energii elektrycznej do punktów poboru w Parku Naukowo -Technologicznym w Opolu Sp. z o.o. 3.1.2. Część nr 2, pn.: Dostawa energii elektrycznej dla Parku Naukowo -Technologicznego w Opolu Sp. z o.o. do punktu poboru w obiekcie Centrum Usług Publicznych przy ul. Witolda Pileckiego 1 w Opolu. 3.2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia: 3.2.1. w odniesieniu do części nr 1 stanowi załącznik nr 1A do SWZ; a) Zamawiający wymaga, aby min. 50% dostarczonej przez Wykonawcę energii pochodziło z odnawialnych źródeł energii, b) Zamawiający wymaga, aby warunek ten został spełniony dla każdego okresu rozliczeniowego, w którym Wykonawca dostarcza energię, c) Wykonawca dostarczy Zamawiającemu dokument potwierdzający gwarancje pochodzenia dostarczonej energii zgodnie z Ustawą z dnia 20 lutego 2015r. o odnawialnych źródłach energii (Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 68, z późn. zm.) w ilości min. 50% zakupionego całego wolumenu. 3.2.2. w odniesieniu do części nr 2 stanowi załącznik nr 1B do SWZ.
