Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej dla potrzeb Spółki na 2026r. z cenami Rynku dnia następnego RDN (SPOT) + marża oraz sprzedaż nadwyżek wyprodukowanej energii elektrycznej z instalacji OZE należących do Zamawiającego. Obecnie PWiK Sp. z o. o. w Siedlcach posiada umowy: Na dystrybucję energii elektrycznej pomiędzy OSD PGE Dystrybucja Warszawa a zamawiającym dla wszystkich punktów poboru wyszczególnionych w niniejszym wniosku zarówno dla energii przychodzącej jak i wychodzącej - umowy na czas nieokreślony. Na zakup energii elektrycznej z firmą REO S.A. (dla wszystkich punktów poboru) wyszczególnionych w niniejszym wniosku- umowa obowiązuje do 2025.12.31 Na sprzedaż energii elektrycznej z własnych źródeł wytwórczych dla wszystkich punktów wprowadzania energii do sieci OSD z tabeli nr 3 z REO S.A. - umowa obowiązuje do 2025.12.31. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 2955MWh energii elektrycznej (CPV 09310000-5) w rozumieniu ustawy Prawo energetyczne, zwanej dalej sprzedażą energii elektrycznej. Oszacowana wielkość energii elektrycznej została wyliczona w oparciu o średnioroczne zużycie w okresie poprzedzającym wszczęcie postępowania dla grup taryfowych.
