Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Uniwersyteckiego Centrum Klinicznego dla budynku Centrum Medycyny Nieinwazyjnej, Centrum Medycyny Inwazyjnej, budynków przy ul. Dębinki 7 oraz punktu pobrań w Galerii Metropolia - zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. 2026, poz. 43) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wskazano w załączniku nr 3 (Formularz cenowy) i załączniku nr 14 do SWZ (Wykaz PPE). 2. Szczegółowe warunki wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w projekcie Umowy stanowiącej załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 3. Jednocześnie Zamawiający wskazuje, iż: 1) Sprzedaż odbywać się będzie za pośrednictwem sieci dystrybucyjnej należącej do Operatora Systemu Dystrybucyjnego [zwanego dalej OSD], tj. z ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A., na warunkach określonych przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. 2026, poz. 43) zwanej dalej „Prawem energetycznym", zgodnie z obowiązującymi rozporządzeniami do ww. ustawy, przepisami kodeksu cywilnego, zasadami określonymi w koncesjach, postanowieniami SWZ oraz zgodnie z Taryfą cen energii przedstawionych w ofercie przetargowej, z którym Wykonawca ma zawartą umowę na świadczenie usług dystrybucyjnych na obszarach, na których znajduje się miejsce dostarczenia energii elektrycznej, 2) Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej odbywać się będzie na warunkach określonych przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. - Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. 2026, poz. 43) oraz zgodnie z wydanymi do tej ustawy przepisami wykonawczymi.
