Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi kompleksowej (jednoczesna sprzedaż energii oraz zapewnienie świadczenia usługi jej dystrybucji) na potrzeby oświetlenia ulicznego oraz budynków i obiektów stanowiących własność Gminy Widawa na lata 2027 i 2028. Szacowany łączny wolumen energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r. (24 miesiące) wynosi 1 820 699 kWh. Szczegółowy wykaz obiektów (punktów poboru energii -PPE) Gminy Widawa wraz z kodami taryfowymi stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Struktura prosumencka (Fotowoltaika): Punkty od pozycji nr 157 do 164 wykazu obiektów (załącznik nr 1 do SWZ) posiadają czynne mikroinstalacje fotowoltaiczne o łącznym dwuletnim szacowanym poborze 771 090 kWh, co stanowi 42,3% całego zamówienia. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do godzinowego i profilowego bilansowania energii wprowadzonej i pobranej z sieci (net-billing / depozyt prosumencki). Wykonawca nie może obciążyć Zamawiającego żadnymi dodatkowymi opłatami dodatkowymi, kosztami handlowymi, abonamentowymi lub administracyjnymi z tytułu obsługi PPE z PV. Złożenie oferty jest równoznaczne z pełną akceptacją powyższych warunków rozliczeń prosumenckich, co zostanie potwierdzone stosownym zapisem w umowie. Zamawiający określa wymogi bezpieczeństwa teleinformatycznego i ochrony łańcucha dostaw (NIS 2 / KSC). Gmina Widawa jak i Jednostki Organizacyjne (Publiczne Przedszkole w Widawie, ul. Nowy Rynek 14; 98-170 Widawa wraz z oddziałem zamiejscowym w Brzykowie, Szkoła Podstawowa im. Jana Pawła II w Chociwiu z/s Chociw 191; 98-170 Widawa, Gminny Zakładu Usług Komunalnych w Widawie, ul. Rynek Kościuszki10; 98-170 Widawa, Środowiskowy Dom Samopomocy z/s Dąbrowa Widawska 61; 98-170 Widawa, Zespół Szkół w Widawie, ul. Wieluńska 17; 98-170 Widawa) wymienione w zał. nr 1 do SWZ zawrą odrębne umowy wynikające z niniejszego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego. Zawarte zostaną nowe umowy sprzedaży energii elektrycznej do obiektów wymienionych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ.
