Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej Spółce Toruńskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o. w Toruniu w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (tekst jedn. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 266 ze zm.) w okresie od dnia 01.01.2027 r. (włącznie) do dnia 31.12.2027 r. (włącznie) o wolumenie o orientacyjnej wielkości: 12 231 000,00 kWh (uwzględniającym autokonsumpcję energii wytworzonej przez Zamawiającego).
