Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej do kompleksu nieruchomości służbowej Bieszczadzkiego Oddziału Straży Granicznej w Przemyślu oraz obiektów Placówek Straży Granicznej w miejscowościach Horyniec Zdrój, Lubaczów, Korczowa, Hermanowice, Huwniki, Wojtkowa, Czarna Górna, Stuposiany, Ustrzyki Górne, Sanok, Wetlina, szafy teletechnicznej w miejscowości Krościenko, masztów obserwacyjnych w miejscowościach Starzawa, Rożubowice, zespołu kamer w Prusie oraz wież obserwacyjnych w miejscowościach Kalwaria Pacławska, Żmijowiska, Bystre i Muczne, a także kamer obserwacyjnych w miejscowości Ustrzyki Górne, na warunkach określonych w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne oraz wydanymi na jej podstawie aktami wykonawczymi. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie na energię elektryczną wynosi 2 228 158 kWh. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
