Description

1. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje: Dostawę energii elektrycznej dla potrzeb oświetlenia dróg, terenów otwartych, budynków, jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy Miasta Dębica, na okres 12 miesięcy, w prognozowanej ilości 5 725 298,00 kWh do 290 punktów poboru i pomiaru energii elektrycznej. 1. Każda z jednostek organizacyjnych będzie zawierać indywidualne umowy na dostawę energii na warunkach, wybranej, najkorzystniejszej oferty. 2. Ilość nabytej energii elektrycznej będzie rozliczana według rzeczywistego zużycia tej energii przez Zamawiających, po cenach ze złożonej przez Wykonawcę oferty. 3. Dla oświetlenia drogowego, miejsce dostarczania energii stanowią zmiany funkcji linii energetycznej, z przesyłowej lub dystrybucyjnej na instalacje odbiorcy. W szczególności będą to: zaciski kabla zasilającego w szafie oświetlenia ulicznego bądź zaciski prądowe na wyjściu przewodów od zabezpieczeń w kierunku instalacji odbiorcy. 4. Pozostałe miejsca dostarczania energii, wynikające z interpretacji Ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo Energetyczne (Dz.U.2024.266 t.j. z późn. zm.), określone są w warunkach przyłączeniowych. 5. Zamawiający dopuszcza agregację opłaty handlowej w kosztach energii. 6. Aktualnym Operatorem Systemu Dystrybucyjnego [OSD] Zamawiającego jest Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. 7. Jednostki organizacyjne mają podpisane rezerwowe umowy na dostawę energii elektrycznej . 8. Obowiązkiem Wykonawcy będzie również: 8.1. Zgłoszenie Operatorowi Systemu Dystrybucyjnego do realizacji umów sprzedaży energii elektrycznej, której stroną jest Zamawiający. 8.2. Pełnienie funkcji podmiotu odpowiedzialnego za bilansowanie handlowe (w tym opracowywanie i zgłaszanie grafików handlowych do OSD) dla energii elektrycznej sprzedanej w ramach niniejszego Zamówienia. Wykonawca dokonywać będzie bilansowania handlowego energii zakupionej przez Zamawiających na podstawie standardowego profilu zużycia, odpowiedniego dla odbiorów w grupach taryfowych i przy mocach umownych określonych w Załącznikach odpowiednio dla każdej jednostki organizacyjnej. 8.3. Koszty wynikające z czynności wymienionych w pkt. 8.1-8.2 w tym z dokonania bilansowania uwzględnione są w zagregowanej cenie jednostkowej pozycji kosztorysowej kWh.
