Description

Dzierżawa urządzeń drukujących i wielofunkcyjnych oraz systemu centralnego wydruku wraz z usługą drukowania, serwisowania i naprawy sprzętu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający nie dokonuje podziału zamówienia na części. Tym samym Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych, o których mowa w art. 7 pkt 15 ustawy Pzp. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. W całym okresie trwania umowy może ona zostać rozszerzona o dodatkowe urządzenia drukujące zarówno pracujące pod kontrolą systemu centralnego wydruku, jak i poza nim o wartości do 15% wartości zamówienia, za stawki zgodne z formularzem ofertowym, jeśli po stronie Zamawiającego powstanie potrzeba skorzystania z nich. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się na żądanie Zamawiającego sprzedać po zakończeniu okresu dzierżawy wszystkie lub wybrane przez Zamawiającego urządzenia wraz z systemem za kwotę określoną w ofercie Wykonawcy. Sprzedaż urządzeń nastąpi na podstawie odrębnej umowy. Przed wszczęciem postępowania przeprowadzono wstępne konsultacje rynkowe, o których mowa w art. 84 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych.
