1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa części zamiennych do autobusów, określonych w Załączni-ku nr 3 do SWZ oraz Załączniku nr 5 i 6 do SWZ, z podziałem na: 1.1. Grupa I - części i elementy nadwozia i podwozia (SOLARIS), 1.2. Grupa II - części silnika wraz z osprzętem (SOLARIS), 1.3. Grupa III - pozostałe części (SOLARIS), 1.4. Grupa IV - pozostałe części, 1.5. Grupa V - części zamienne stosowane na pierwszy montaż, 1.6. Grupa VI - części zamienne układu hamulcowego autobusów, 1.7. Grupa VII - zaciski hamulca - stosowane na pierwszy montaż 1.8. Grupa VIII - zestawy naprawcze zacisków autobusów (MAN i SOLARIS), 1.9. Grupa IX - części do autobusów Mercedes Mercus, 1.10. Grupa X - elementy nadwozia i podwozia + pozostałe części - autobusy elektryczne Solaris - stosowane na pierwszy montaż, 1.11. Grupa XI - części i zestawy naprawcze do sprężarek - autobusy elektryczne Solaris - stoso-wane na pierwszy montaż, 1.12. Grupa XII - tarcza hamulcowa stosowana na pierwszy montaż, 1.13. Grupa XIII - filtry i wkłady filtrów do autobusów (oryginalne stosowane na pierwszy mon-taż), 1.14. Grupa XIV - pozostałe filtry i wkłady filtrów do autobusów, 1.15. Wymagania techniczne przedmiotu zamówienia określone zostały w Załączniku nr 5 do SWZ. 3. Na podstawie Załączników do SWZ nr 3 (Formularz Cenowy) oraz nr 5 (Wymagania techniczne) - zostaną przygotowane załączniki do umowy. 1. Wymagania techniczne przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w Załączniku nr 5 do SWZ. 2. Na podstawie Załączników do SWZ nr 3 (Formularz Cenowy) oraz nr 5 (Wymagania techniczne) - zostaną przygotowane załączniki do umowy. 3. Warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określono w Załączniku nr 6 do SWZ stanowiące Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy. 4. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych na poszczególne kompleksowe grupy.. 5. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość zaoferowania wyrobów równoważnych zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w rozdz. III ust. 11 - 16 SWZ oraz Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ.
