1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest posadowienie elektronicznych altan śmietnikowych (3 szt.) przeznaczonych do selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych w mieście Chełm, wyposażonych w system kontroli dostępu, system monitoringu wizyjnego, system informatyczny do zarządzania pracą altany oraz wydzielone pomieszczenie umożliwiające przekazywanie przedmiotów do ponownego użycia. 2.Altany umożliwią: •zbiórkę minimum 12 frakcji odpadów, •zbiórkę odpadów problemowych (np. tekstylia, drobny sprzęt elektryczny i elektroniczny, baterie, przeterminowane leki, drobne tworzywa sztuczne), •czasowe przekazywanie przedmiotów do ponownego użycia („drugie życie”), •identyfikację użytkownika i rejestrację przekazywanych odpadów, •optymalizację logistyki odbioru poprzez monitoring poziomu zapełnienia. 3.Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również: •dostawę pojemników na odpady, •dostawę kart dostępu, •zapewnienie dostępu do systemu informatycznego w modelu zdalnym (chmura), •transport, montaż i uruchomienie, •przeszkolenie personelu Zamawiającego, •przeprowadzenie testu funkcjonalnego, •przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie kampanii informacyjno-edukacyjnej, •udzielenie gwarancji jakości. 4.Altany będą fabrycznie nowe, wolne od wad fizycznych i prawnych. 5.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 2 oraz nr 2a do SWZ. 6.Oferta powinna uwzględniać wycenę wszystkich usług towarzyszących, związanych pośrednio z przedmiotem postępowania, tj. w szczególności: cło, opłaty administracyjne, koszty transportu, załadunku i rozładunku, montażu, uruchomienia, szkolenia pracowników Zamawiającego, przeprowadzenia testów, przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie kampanii informacyjno-edukacyjnej, ubezpieczenia w drodze do siedziby Zamawiającego oraz wszelkie inne koszty niezbędne dla prawidłowej realizacji zamówienia. 7.Minimalne warunki gwarancyjne oraz warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określone zostały w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. 8.Zamówienie realizowane w ramach Projektu „Modernizacja Zakładu Przetwarzania Odpadów Komunalnych MPGK Sp. z o.o. w Chełmie” dofinansowanego w ramach Działania 3.6 Gospodarka odpadami w sektorze publicznym (typ projektu 1,3,4) Priorytetu III Ochrona zasobów środowiska i klimatu programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubelskiego 2021-2027.
