Kompleksowa usługa polegająca na przygotowaniu diagnoz na potrzeby tworzenia Lokalnych Planów Deinstytucjonalizacji Usług Społecznych wraz z usługą doradztwa/asysty/w zakresie tworzenia LPDI dla dolnośląskich gmin (JST) subregionu wrocławskiego, z wyłączeniem Wrocławia i/lub Zadanie 2. Kompleksowa usługa polegająca na przygotowaniu diagnoz na potrzeby tworzenia Lokalnych Planów Deinstytucjonalizacji Usług Społecznych wraz z usługą doradztwa/asysty w zakresie tworzenia LPDI dla dolnośląskich gmin (JST) subregionu wałbrzyskiego, z wyłączeniem Wałbrzycha i/lub Zadanie 3. Kompleksowa usługa polegająca na przygotowaniu diagnoz na potrzeby tworzenia Lokalnych Planów Deinstytucjonalizacji Usług Społecznych wraz z usługą doradztwa/asysty w zakresie tworzenia LPDI dla dolnośląskich gmin (JST) subregionu jeleniogórskiego, z wyłączeniem Jeleniej Góry i/lub Zadanie 4. Kompleksowa usługa polegająca na przygotowaniu diagnoz na potrzeby tworzenia Lokalnych Planów Deinstytucjonalizacji Usług Społecznych wraz z usługą doradztwa/asysty w zakresie tworzenia LPDI dla dolnośląskich gmin (JST) subregionu legnicko-głogowskiego, z wyłączeniem Legnicy. Projekt jest dofinansowany z Unii Europejskiej w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego 2021-2027 (FERS)
