Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa do Centralnej Szkoły Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Częstochowie autobusu do przewozu osób. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określający wymagania minimalne stanowi załącznik nr 1 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do jednoznacznego określenia zaoferowanego w ofercie pojazdu, charakteryzując go poprzez wskazanie na konkretny wyrób (markę/model/typ/symbol/oznaczenie lub inne dane pozwalające na identyfikację oferowanego pojazdu). 4. Wymagany okres gwarancji jednolitej na pojazd wraz z wyposażeniem: minimum 24 miesiące (kryterium oceny ofert). Maksymalny punktowany okres gwarancji wynosi 60 miesięcy. 5. Warunki gwarancji oraz rękojmi zostały określone w § 4 projektu umowy. 6. Okres rękojmi zostanie zrównany z okresem udzielonej przez Sprzedawcę gwarancji na pojazd wraz z wyposażeniem. 7. Wykaz dokumentów wymaganych wraz z dostawą przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w § 3 ust. 15 projektu umowy. 8. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się przeprowadzić szkolenie dla min. 5 pracowników Zamawiającej w zakresie eksploatacji i obsługi pojazdu. 9. Miejsce realizacji zamówienia - dostawa do siedziby Zamawiającej tj. Centralnej Szkoły PSP w Częstochowie ul. Sabinowska 62/64. 10. Wymagany termin płatności - 30 dni od daty odbioru pojazdu, potwierdzonego protokołem odbioru i otrzymania faktury (nadania fakturze numeru identyfikującego w KSeF). Faktura zostanie wystawiona po podpisaniu protokołu odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia. 11. Przedmiot zamówienia objęty jest stawką podatku od towarów i usług w wysokości 23% zgodnie z Ustawą o podatku od towarów i usług z dnia 11.03.2004 r. 12. Transport, dostawę na miejsce oraz rozładunek zapewnia Wykonawca. 13. Zamawiająca nie przewiduje obowiązku odbycia przez Wykonawcę wizji lokalnej oraz sprawdzenia przez Wykonawcę dokumentów niezbędnych do realizacji zamówienia dostępnych na miejscu u Zamawiającej.
