1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są: 1) sukcesywne dostawy 9 sztuk fabrycznie nowych autobusów miejskich (zwanych dalej łącznie autobusami) z napędem elektrycznym o długości całkowitej, zawierającej się w przedziale od 11,8 metra do 12,2 metra, zwanych dalej „autobusami zeroemisyjnymi EV12” lub „autobusami EV12”, 2) dostawa 1 sztuki fabrycznie nowej ładowarki przewodowej dwustanowiskowej o mocy większej lub równej 80 kW (2x40 kW), zwanej dalej łącznie „ładowarkami”, lub „ładowarką Plug-in 80 kW” lub „ładowarką 80kW”, 3) dostawa 3 sztuk fabrycznie nowych ładowarek przewodowych dwustanowiskowych o mocy większej lub równej 120 kW (2x60 kW), zwanych dalej łącznie „ładowarkami”, lub „ładowarkami Plug-in 120 kW” lub „ładowarkami 120kW”, 4) obsługa gwarancyjna i pogwarancyjna: autobusów, ładowarek, wsparcie techniczne oraz szkolenia. 2. Wymagania formalne, które musi spełniać oferowany przedmiot zamówienia, szczegółowe wymagania, parametry techniczne, wyposażenie oraz warunki gwarancji i serwisu jakie musi spełniać i posiadać oferowany przedmiot zamówienia zawiera: 1) załącznik nr 10.1 do SWZ (wraz z załącznikami) - dotyczy autobusów EV12, 2) załącznik nr 10.2 do SWZ (wraz z załącznikami) - dotyczy ładowarek Plug-in 80kW, 3) załącznik nr 10.3 do SWZ (wraz z załącznikami) - dotyczy ładowarek Plug-in 120kW.
