Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa plecaków promocyjnych do projektu „BALTICGROW - Cross-border Innovation for Sustainable Rooftop Ecosystems in the South Baltic Region”, współfinansowanego z Programu Interreg South Baltic 2021-2027, dla Wydziału Inżynierii Mechanicznej i Okrętownictwa Politechniki Gdańskiej 1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje m.in. a) Transport przedmiotu umowy w miejsce wyznaczone przez Zamawiającego oraz jego ubezpieczenie, do momentu odebrania przez Zamawiającego bez zastrzeżeń. b) Przedmiot umowy spełnia parametry techniczne i wymagania określone w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. c) Przedmiot umowy dostarczony do Zamawiającego jest fabrycznie nowy, wolny od wad prawnych i fizycznych i gotowy do eksploatacji, bez konieczności dokonywania dodatkowych zakupów oraz nie jest przedmiotem żadnych praw osób trzecich. d) Zamawiający wymaga gwarancji nie krótszej niż 24 miesiące. e) W przypadku zaproponowania przez Wykonawcę krótszego okresu gwarancji, oferta zostanie odrzucona jako niespełniająca wymagań Zamawiającego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ
