Vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos pirkimų, atliekamų vandentvarkos, energetikos, transporto ar pašto paslaugų srities perkančiųjų subjektų, įstatymo 58 str. 1 d. 5 p. kiti eilėje esantys pasiūlymai laimėjusiais negali būti nustatyti ir pirkimo procedūros nutrauktos.
