Otsolankatu 3 / kerrostalon purku-urakka Virtain kaupunki pyytää tarjouksia Otsolankatu 3:n kerrostalon purku-urakkaan. Urakka koskee kerrostalon purkutyötä, joka toteutetaan kokonaisurakkana. Urakkaan sisältyy kaikki purkutyöt, jätehuolto, asbesti purkutyöt, tontin siistiminen, purkutyön jälkeisen tontin tasaaminen, sekä lopputarkastukseen liittyvät tehtävät. Rakennuttaja edellyttää, että urakoitsija on tutustunut rakennuspaikkaan ennen tarjouksen antamista. Infotilaisuuksia järjestetään 2.10.2026 klo 13.00 ja 9.10.2026 klo 13.00. Mikäli urakoitsija ei ole käynyt tutustumassa rakennuspaikkaan ennen tarjouksen antamista ja esittää lisäkorvattavaksi työksi jotakin sellaista, mikä suoritetulla käynnillä olisi ollut havaittavissa, urakoitsijalla ei ole oikeutta lisä- ja muutostyökustannuksiin,
