Description

Austro Control GmbH (ACG) beabsichtigte die Anpassung des bestehenden Wartungsvertrags zu beschaffen. Der Wartungsvertrag musste entsprechend um zukünftige Lizenzupgrades angepasst werden. Austro Control GmbH (ACG) beabsichtigte die Anpassung des bestehenden unbefristeten Wartungsvertrags zu beschaffen. Das Upgrade des bestehenden Systems auf GuardX (2024_15_Voice Recording) ermöglichte die Umsetzung des in der EU-Verordnung (EU) 2020/469 ATS.OR.460 geforderten "Aural Voice Recordings (AVR)“. Letzteres wurde im AVR-Projekt im November 2024 umgesetzt und bekanntgegeben. Der Wartungsvertrag musste nun entsprechend um zukünftige Lizenzupgrades angepasst werden. Die Anpassung besteht insb. in Erhöhung der Anzahl der Kanäle und der Änderung auf zentrale Recording-Architektur, aufgrund welcher die Vereinfachung der SW-Landschaft erreicht werden soll. Da es sich um einen unbefristeten Wartungsvertrag handelt, wird das 48 Monatsentgeld für die Publikation herangezogen.
