Description

Austro Control GmbH beabsichtigt, die „Lieferung, Inbetriebnahme und laufende Wartung eines integrierten MET-Datenverarbeitungssystems für die Austro Control GmbH“ zu beschaffen. Insbesondere beinhaltet die Beschaffung das Softwarepaket als einheitliches zentralisiertes Gesamtsystem (in weiterer Folge „MET-DS“) für die sechs (6) Flugsicherungsstandorte Salzburg (LOWS), Innsbruck (LOWI), Klagenfurt (LOWK), Linz (LOWL), Graz (LOWG), Wien (LOWW) sowie die Installation und Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation und IT-Training. Das MET-DS System muss die Grundfunktionalitäten gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis (vgl. LV Pkt. 1.1.) inkludieren. Das MET-DS System muss in die bestehende ACG-Systemumgebung eingebunden werden und es ist grundsätzlich vorgesehen, dass das System on premise von der ACG selbst betrieben wird. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Software; der Betrieb des Systems muss auf der bestehenden von der ACG bereitgestellten Virtualisierungsplattform erfolgen. Die Inbetriebnahme der ATIS/D-ATIS Teile muss bis spätestens 30.06.2028 erfolgreich abgeschlossen sein. Die Lieferung und vollständige Inbetriebnahme müssen bis 30.06.2029 erfolgreich abgeschlossen sein Des Weiteren soll ein unbefristeter Wartungsvertrag (24/7/365) für das neue System beschafft werden, welcher sowohl eine zeitnahe Fehlerbehebung als auch eine Weiterentwicklung gemäß regulatorischen Vorgaben sicherstellt. Der Wartungsvertrag wird unbefristet, mit beidseitiger achtzehn (18) monatiger Kündigungsfrist zum Ende eines Kalenderjahres, abgeschlossen. Der AN sowie AG können jeweils frühestens achtundvierzig (48) Monate (=Kündigungsverzicht) nach Ablauf der Gewährleistungs-/ Garantiefrist kündigen. Der Leistungsort ist Wien und der Leistungsbeginn ist unverzüglich nach Zuschlag. Der Vertrag beginnt nach Abnahme des Systems. Die Zahlung für den Wartungsvertrag erfolgt erstmals nach Ablauf der Gewährleistung von 2 Jahren nach Abnahme. Optional sind folgende Leistungskomponenten anzubieten: • ein Kontingent von 500 Stunden für Tätigkeiten im Sinne des Grundauftrags (vgl. LV Pkt. 1.2) • Extensible Interface Capability (vgl. 14.1 TecSpec) • Operating Mode "MONITOR LOCAL" (vgl. 14.2 TecSpec) • SMA Interface (vgl. 14.3 TecSpec) • Electric Storm Warning (vgl. 14.4 TecSpec) • Alternate Airport for Military Aviation Display (vgl. 14.5 TecSpec) • SWIM Interface (vgl. 14.6 TecSpec). Vergaberechtliche Option gem. § 365 BVergG 2018 sind vorgesehen und in Punkt 1.4 der vergaberechtlichen Bestimmungen genau angeführt. Voraussetzung für ein gültiges Angebot ist die Vorlage eines Original-Vadiums in Papierform spätestens bis zum Zeitpunkt der Angebotsöffnung.
