Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Beschaffung (dh Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Instandhaltung) von Narkosegeräten für periphere Eingriffsräume samt Zubehör und Verbrauchsmaterialien. Näheres ist den Ausschreibungsunterlagen zu entnehmen. Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen, aus der Narkosegeräte für die Kliniken des AG abgerufen werden können. Je Narkosegerät soll mit Abruf aus der Rahmenvereinbarung ein Einzelvertrag abgeschlossen werden, der folgende Leistungen umfasst: (i) Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme des Narkosegeräts samt Zubehör (inklusive 24-monatige Medizintechnikgarantie ab erfolgreicher Inbetriebnahme); (ii) Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen; (iii) Instandhaltung des Narkosegeräts (nach Ablauf der Garantiefrist ab dem 3. Betriebsjahr bis zumindest dem Ende des 10. Betriebsjahrs [Kündigungsverzicht des AN]); (iv) Optional: Lieferung von gerätespezifischen Verbrauchsmaterialien; (v) Optional: Erbringung weiterer Schulungsleistungen; (vi) Optional: Erbringung von Regieleistungen durch das Servicepersonal. Die ausschreibungsgegenständlichen Narkosegeräte müssen die in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen festgelegten technischen Muss-Anforderungen erfüllen (ua: Eignung für den Einsatz in peripheren Eingriffsräumen).
