Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die elektrotechnischen Anlagen für ein Bezirksalten und Pflegeheim, einschließlich Starkstrom- und Schwachstrominstallationen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst unter anderem die Energieverteilung, die Sicherheits- und Notstromversorgung, die Beleuchtungsanlagen, Erdungs- und Blitzschutzsysteme sowie strukturierte Kommunikations- und Brandmeldeanlagen, gemäß ÖNORM, insbesondere OVE E 8101, und den geltenden behördlichen Vorgaben. Die Ausführung hat normgerecht, betriebssicher und auf die Anforderungen eines Pflege- und Gesundheitsbetriebes abgestimmt zu erfolgen.
