Neubau eines Altenpflegeheimes als Ersatzbau mit 6 Wohngruppen für je 12 BewohnerInnen (72 Plätze) sowie einer Produktionsküche für die interne und externe Essensversorgung Der Leistungsumfang der Dachabdichtungs- und Bauspenglerarbeiten umfasst für das gegenständliche Projekt eine Dacheindeckung mit einer Bitumenabdichtung entsprechend der Nutzungskategorie K3, die Einbindung bauseitiger Dachentwässerungsgullys, den Einbau diverser Systemelemente, die Verlegung von Wärmedämmschichten, eine Sicherheitsausstattung mittels Seilsicherungssystem, eine Lichtkuppel (RWA) für das Treppenhaus und diverse Spenglerbleche (Wandeinfassung, Attikaabdeckung, etc.).
