Description

Neubau eines Altenpflegeheimes als Ersatzbau mit 6 Wohngruppen für je 12 BewohnerInnen (72 Plätze) sowie einer Produktionsküche für die interne und externe Essensversorgung. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die haustechnischen Anlagen für ein Bezirksalten- und Pflegeheim. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst unter anderem die Heizungs-, Kühlungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärinstallationen inkl. der dazugehörigen Gebäudeleittechnik, gemäß den gültigen EN und ÖNORMen, sowie den geltenden behördlichen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Die Ausführung hat normgerecht, betriebssicher und auf die Anforderungen eines Pflege- und Gesundheitsbetriebes abgestimmt zu erfolgen.
