1) Abschluss eines Leistungsvertrages für den stufenweisen Aufbau eines "Mail und Online-Kollaboration-Systems" inkl. Migration aus dem bestehenden System sowie Unterstützung bei der Architektur und Implementierung. 2) Abschluss eines unbefristeten Subscription- und Wartungsvertrages für das implementierte Mail und Online-Kollaboration-System. 3) Abschluss einer an die Laufzeit des Subscription- und Wartungsvertrages gekoppelte Rahmenvereinbarung für bedarfsorientierte Dienstleistungen zur Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung, Support und laufenden Betrieb des Mail und Online-Kollaboration-Systems.
