EU-WEIT OFFENER, EINSTUFIGER, ANONYMER REALISIERUNGSWETTBEWERB gemäß § 32 Bundesvergabegesetz 2018 (BVergG 2018) idgF zur Erlangung von baukünstlerischen Vorentwurfskonzepten mit nachgeschaltetem Verhandlungsverfahren Neubau Wohnanlage Campagne Baufeld 2 Radetzkystr (45-47) 6020 Innsbruck Die Campagne Reichenau umfasst eine Gesamtfläche von etwa 8,3 ha und bildet eines der wichtigs-ten Stadterweiterungsgebiete Innsbrucks. Im Endausbau wird es dort ca. 1.100 Wohneinheiten geben sowie großzügige Grünflächen- und Sportangebote, Geschäfte, Dienstleistungsbetriebe, Büros und soziale Infrastrukturen. Der gegenständliche Wettbewerb zu Baufeld 2 umfasst ca. 350 Wohnungen, inkl. einem Projekt zu Gemeinschaftswohnformen.
