Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) is procuring general planning services for Building Lot 1, comprising parts 1.1 and 1.2 including open space planning, together with the development of ReUse and extension concepts for the administrative building (parts 2.1 and 2.2 including open space planning), which will subsequently form the basis for negotiations on awarding the concept planning. The ÖGK plans to temporarily relocate the Wienerbergstraße 13 health centre to an alternative location by around 2029 and then demolish the existing building. From 2030, alongside subway construction, a cooperation partner will erect a new ÖGK building with an integrated U2 station and underground car park, combining health centre, customer centre and administration offices, expected to open around 2034. Lot 2 at Wienerbergstraße 15-19 is to be developed by a cooperation partner, preferably with the land remaining in ÖGK ownership.
