Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beistellung von Schulassistenzpersonal in den Schulen der Stadtgemeinde Liezen gem § 1 ff StSchAG 2023 iVm den Bestimmungen der Steiermärkische Schulassistenzgesetz-Durchführungsverordnung - StSchAG-DVO, idgF., mit dem Ziel des Abschlusses einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit drei Rahmenvereinbarungspartner, welche die ausschreibungsgegenständlichen Leistungen erbringen. Es handelt sich um besondere Dienstleistungen iSd Anhang XVI lit A BVergG.
