Description

Die Austro Control GmbH (ACG) beabsichtigte die Bereitstellung, Implementierung und laufende Wartung eines Services zur Überwachung und Analyse der CPDLC Datalink Performance zu beschaffen. Dieses Service soll als SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) genutzt werden. Ziel dieser Beschaffung ist es, eine schnellere und detailliertere Analyse gemeldeter Probleme im Zusammenhang mit CPDLC-Datenaustausch zu ermöglichen. Ein Datalink-Monitoring-Tool soll Austro Control dabei unterstützen, Fehlfunktionen oder Störungen, eindeutig zu identifizieren und somit gezielte Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Service-Performance einzuleiten (vgl. auch Pkt. 1.4). Abgeschlossen wird der Vertrag auf unbefristete Zeit. Für die ersten drei (3) Jahre gilt ein beidseitiger Kündigungsverzicht. Danach kann der Vertrag jeweils zum Jahresletzten mit einer Frist von sechs (6) Monaten gekündigt werden. Sohin kann der Vertrag erstmalig mit 31.12.2028 zum 30.06.2029 gekündigt werden. Leistungsbeginn ist unverzüglich nach Zuschlag. Der Leistungsort ist Wien. Optional ist ein Stundenpool von 50 Stunden / Jahr für Supportleistungen (z.B.: weitere Schulungen, beratende Unterstützung beim Aufbau ACG interner Schnittstellen, evtl. ACG spezifischen Change Requests) anzubieten (vgl. LV Pkt. 1.1.1) Als vergaberechtliche Option gem. § 365 BVergG 2018 sind insbesondere weitere vergleichbare auftragsbezogene Leistungen vorgesehen (vgl. Pkt. 1.4.).
